Plastic shed made Keter
Keter shed

Next time you get a bathroom mirror or other plastic furnishings for your home, it's quite likely that Israeli firm Keter is behind it.

Its products are sold through some of the biggest names in home improvements including Home Depot in the US and B & Q in the UK.

The company was established in 1948 by the father of current chairman Sami Sagol. Of Turkish decent, Sagol came to Israel and within a short number of years, grew Keter from a solely Israeli business into one that is truly international with products being sold all around the world.

The business is focused on plastic products for the home and garden and manufactures in Israel as well as other countries.

Want a table and chair for the garden to enjoy the summer? Well, Keter has the right table and chair for you. Just like it has all the bits and pieces you'll ever need for making your bathroom functional and looking good.

For DIY enthusiasts, Keter has even worked with Black and Decker to produce storage chests and provides just about every type of garden shed for your shedding needs.

As well as making home improvements products, Keter has also taken an interest in sports sponsorship with an involvement in the Tel Aviv based football team Hapoel Keter. Recently, Sami Sagol signalled his interest in selling the team with Chelsea owner  Roman Abramovich taking a keen interest to buy the team.
